Our History
Auroboro is born from the fusion of two powerful words: Aurum, the Latin term for gold, and Ouroboros, the ancient symbol representing the infinite cycle of renewal and continuity. Together, they express the very essence of our philosophy — gold that is born clean, circulates with purpose, and returns to its origin with integrity.
Auroboro represents the circle of origin and destiny — the traceable path of gold from the earth to its destination. It also embodies renewal and transparency, the purity present in every process and transaction, and the unity between nature and human purpose — the balance that sustains life and value.
More than a name, Auroboro is a vision: the connection between origin, consciousness, and destiny.
Two entrepreneurs from different generations and Latin American origins proudly established a North American company in 2012. With over 20 years of combined experience, they focused their strengths on the production and commercialization of precious minerals. One contributes the strength and knowledge of having been born in a gold mine, while the other brings a lifetime of hard work in the northern lands. Together, they built what they call their Strategic Partnership Contract — a commitment founded on experience, knowledge, respect for human values, and a deep connection to the land and honest work. Today, the company continues to grow, integrating cutting-edge technology, efficient production management, and full respect for labor laws and international standards.
